Booking Terms & Conditions
Cycle Sierra Nevada offers premier cycling holidays in Malaga and Granada, Spain, attracting road cycling enthusiasts from around the world. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Cycle Sierra Nevada ("the Company," "we," or "us"). By securing a reservation, you accept and agree to abide by the following legally binding conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit
To confirm your cycling holiday in southern Spain, a non-refundable deposit of €300 per person or 35% of the total cost (whichever is greater) must be paid at the time of booking. Bookings made within ten (12) weeks of the tour start date require full payment at the time of booking.
Upon receipt of your payment, we will issue an invoice that confirms your road cycling tour in Spain. No contract shall exist until this confirmation has been provided in writing by the Company.
2. Final Balance Payment
The outstanding balance must be paid no later than ten (12) weeks before your cycling holiday in Andalusia begins. If this deadline is missed, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain all monies paid.
3. Amendments by the Client
You may request to amend your booking in writing. Any changes are subject to availability and approval by the Company. We may apply an administrative fee. Changes requested within 14 days of the scheduled departure will be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation charges (see below) will apply.
Amendments to holiday dates are only possible within the same cycling season and are subject to availability on our Granada or Malaga-based cycling tours.
4. Cancellations by the Client
Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who booked the tour. The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 90 days before start date: Loss of deposit.
90–70 days before start date: 50% of total holiday cost.
Fewer than 70 days: 100% of total cost.
We do not offer refunds for early departure, unused services, or no-shows. In some cases and at our sole discretion, we may offer to transfer your payment to another guided cycling tour in Spain within the same season.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
5. Insurance Requirements
You must hold comprehensive travel insurance before participating in any cycling holiday in Spain. Your policy must cover:

Proof of insurance may be requested at any time. The Company accepts no responsibility for clients who fail to obtain adequate coverage.
