Fancy a cycling and yoga vacation on the southern slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountains? We'll take you cycling in the tranquility of the high mountain range and in the evening we'll settle down to some yoga.

Our week long cycling & yoga vacation

Offers fully guided rides and daily yoga sessions. Only one hour from Malaga International Airport, we are situated in the beautiful small village of Velez de Benaudalla. Nestled between the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains and the coast of the Costa Tropical, it is the ideal location to get away from it all.

WHAT TO EXPECT

All our routes start and finish from our base, each day the cycling progresses, never cycling the same route twice. Yoga sessions are interspersed throughout the week to help you improve your posture, stretch out sore tired bodies, boost your performance and improve well being.

MARCH 15 - MARCH 22 2025

At the moment we only have the above dates, but if you’d like to mix in a few yoga sessions then we can make arrangements with a local yoga teacher to do a few sessions with our group for the week. Just let us know and we’ll put something together for you.

 

the Itinerary

  • Saturday - Arrive at the airport, transfers to Velez, optional light spin, evening meal.

  • Sunday - We start with a light/medium spin, followed by yoga in the evening and dinner.

  • Monday - Start to build the up the kilometres with medium to long run into the mountains, followed by yoga in the evening and dinner.

  • Tuesday - Long day with lots of climbing. An evening trip to a local vineyard.

  • Wednesday - Rest day - morning yoga or a coffee spin down to the coast. Optional, a trip to the historic city of Granada.

  • Thursday - Long day with lots of climbing. A trip to a pizzeria with incredible views of the mountains.

  • Friday - Last day - spin to the beach for ice-cream and a dip in the sea. Evening yoga. Farewell meal and prize giving.

  • Saturday - Return transfers
