Your booking with us

Deposit & booking confirmation

A deposit of €150 per person or 35% of the total price of the booking is due immediately, (or full payment if within 10 weeks of travel).  As soon as we confirmed your booking, we will send you your holiday invoice. The invoice will act as your copy of the booking confirmation. The balance must be received ten weeks before the tour commences.

Paying the final balance

The balance of your invoice is due to be paid at least 10 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Where a booking is made within 10 weeks of departure, the total holiday cost becomes due immediately.

If you alter your booking

After paying your deposit you may alter your holiday arrangements without incurring any fee, provided that space is available and provided the alteration is not within 2 weeks of the commencement of your holiday. If you wish to alter your holiday within 2 weeks of your tour departure, it will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges, as set out below, will apply. If you wish to change the date of your holiday, the holiday must be re-booked within the same season.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your holiday we require written notification. Our cancellation policy is as follows: If for whatever reason you need to cancel your booking we will allow you to transfer any monies paid to an alternate date/holiday.

Insurance

Under the terms of our bookings contract you are required to have suitable travel insurance. This must include sports activities, the costs of medical treatment, and repatriation in the event of a serious accident or illness.

Cancellation by Cycle Sierra Nevada

On the very rare occasion (we have never cancelled a booking in 5 years of operation) it may be necessary to cancel a particular booking. We reserve the right to do this for any reason, up to 30 days before the departure date. In these circumstances we will offer you an alternative holiday, if available, or a full refund on all monies paid.

The price you pay is the price you pay

We guarantee that the price of your holiday will not be subject to alteration or surcharges once a booking has been confirmed.
